On the 22 October two of our students entered the BECOME A BARISTA competition for trainee baristas in schools.
This competition is based on the rules and regulations of the World Barista Championship, enabling students in schools and colleges to experience the global benchmark for coffee standards.
We are so proud to announce that Nicholas Brown in Year 11 received the Best Sensory Score (for the taste of his coffee) and Michael Cunningham in Year 12 achieved the Best Technical Score (for his coffee making skills).
They were both congratulated for their hard work and Nicholas was acknowledged for his organisation, presentation, confidence and the creativity & design of his Signature Beverage.
What a fantastic achievement!
