Last Thursday our Year 11 Hospitality and Kitchen Operations students delighted their guests with a very tasty
lunch in Café Francesco.
Calamari was served as an entrée. This
was followed by Spaghetti Carbonara for the main, and a delicious Greek Yoghurt
Panacotta with Rhubarb for dessert.
The next 3-course meal will be served on
Thursday, 21st
May.
