​​​​Student | Parent | Teacher Learning Conversations are held regularly for Years P-6 and 7-12 throughout the year. Specific dates will be communicated closer to the time.

For interview bookings, we use an internet-based booking system. Please access the system as follows:

1. Go to the Parent Portal and click on the Student/Parent/Teacher Learning Conversations link.​
2. Enter your Parent Portal login and password.
3. Follow the prompts to make your booking.

Important Points to Note:

• Bookings are made for individual parents/guardians, not for couples. However, couples can log on simultaneously to coordinate their bookings.
• You will only see available time slots when using the system.
• If you see this symbol  displayed alongside the teacher's name, it indicates that the teacher recommends booking an interview.
• Once you have completed your bookings, you can download or email a report of your bookings for printing.
• You can log in and change your bookings up to 3:00 pm the day before your interview.​
